The wife, before we were married, took two of her vehicles
there for service.
The first, a Saturn, needed a new alternator. The work was
satisfactory.
The second, the Jeep Liberty, was taken there twice. The
first was because she left her lights on for an entire
weekend. They put in an expensive OEM battery, so it had no
more CCAs, CAs, or reserve power than her previous battery.
(I later replaced it when this battery died in 4 years with
a better battery, for less, with more CCAs, CAs, and reserve
power.)
The second repair to the Jeep Liberty was to her brakes. The
OEM discs in front were warped. They were placed, along with
pads, with some pretty basic parts. The brakes created dust
like crazy, yet the whole job was quite expensive. Two years
later, the brakes were seized. They only applied force with
the outside of the calipers on ALL 4 wheels! Clearly the
lube they applied (or didn't apply) when they reinstalled
the calipers was sub-standard. The inside of the rotors were
completely rusted. I then replaced all of these components
with quality parts from Car Quest. It's amazing that the
wheels are clean and the braking ability is much better than
ever.
