I stopped going to the quickchange oil place (with the mystery guy under the floor) when I realized the guys at Rich's were the same price and oil-change appointments were truly no hassle. Yes, I do call ahead, but they always ask "when would YOU like to come in? just tell us when, and we'll be here". The coffee's always on in the waiting room, plus I actually see the guy who works on my car.
