These guys are very friendly and willing to work with you to find the best option. When our air conditioner died, they suggested we talk to our insurance company knowing that it would save us a lot of money, but that it would also cut into their costs since the insurance company would demand a lower rate. They are more interested in making people happy return customers than getting what they can out of each visit. They've done other work for us as well, and they're very straight forward and make sure you're comfortable with what they're going to do.

This place is outstanding. I took my 99' Toyota Corolla in to have the starter replaced. The were friendly and promised to get it taken care of. As soon as toyota sent in the part it was in and i was driving again. The work was excellent and these are the type of guys you would trust woth your kids, not just your car. And if you happen to be a car enthusiast then yo have gone to the right place. you can test out your car knowledge for a chance at a discount on your bill. To sum it all up, you can trust these guys

I'm new to the East Lansing area and was in need of a good mechanic when my 1999 Mazda Protege's battery light came-on. I called the shop early in the morning and they were more than happy to have me drop the car off and offered to take me to work. By mid-morning they contacted me to discuss the possible repair options, explaining what was needed and the cost differences (replacing the alternator and accompanying belt). They called back in the early afternoon letting me know that my car was ready for pickup. I found the people that I interacted with to be friendly and personable. The waiting area, office, and garage area all appeared to be clean and well maintained. I will definitely use and recommend this establishment for future car repairs.
