Don and his mechanics are honest and do their best to take care of our car, they also recognize financial limitations and will look at used parts where appropriate. Don and two of his three mechanics are volunteer firefighters so at time's scheduals can get screwed up. they have stayed late to finish somthing that had to be done, but was interupted by the fire pager. While nobody is perfect, they stand behind their work and are good, and fair (not quality, but attitude) mechanics.

They're very busy and have recently added a very big addition to their building to handle their increased business more efficiently. They're very straight shooting, no non-sense guys. They're also very honest. I brought a 1995 Toyota Corolla with over 275,000 miles into the shop for brake work and they just told me flat out that it probably wouldn't be worth it to repair the brakes at all due to the age and condition of the car plus the mileage. A less scrupulous mechanic would probably have done the work and charged me for it without batting an eye, so I appreciated Don's honesty.

Don's is in every respect the best repair shop I've found in over 50 years of owning cars.
