These guys do a good job and are concerned about their customers. My wife bakes them bread or cookies when i have to take my truck in and they usually have it done in a few hours. If you can't get back before they close, they will park the vehicle outside, hid the keys or lock thm in if you have a spare, and tell you to drop off a check when you can. Yhey also do work for service company vehicles. This told me they were dependable.

i have taken my car to teays valley imports 3 times. It has only actually been repaired 1 of those three times. my reason for returning was simply convenience... that reason no longer matters. this third time I took my car there, it was dropped off at 8am. I called at 545 pm due to the fact that they close at 6 pm and no one had called me and was told they got a code for the problem, they were waiting on the part, and it would be done and ready in the afternoon of the following day. The following day around 1 pm i called. i was told they never found a code and they didnt know the problem. confused... i explained what had been told to me the day before. What i said was not acknowledge so i went to get my car. when i explained to him what happened once i got there... that i was basically lied to the first time... he showed no interest. i then proceeded to say that the previous time my car was there it was also not fixed. however, i didnt get the chance to explain. I was cut off mid sentence. he stuck my keys in my face... looked the opposite direction... and simply said "bye". I will not be returning and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

They had my vehicle for two weeks, supposedly had three of their best guys working in it, it needed an o ring on the distributor and the clutch grinds going into gear every so often, I figured it was the slave cylinder but wanted a second opinion, that was a mistake. Two weeks, six phone calls later, with no return phone calls, no information, speaking with the rude owner (Danny) I came up with the conclusion that they didnt want to work on it. After having seen it sit for a week in the same spot, after being told it had been getting worked on really pissed me off. I surprise them by showing up to take the car, the car was blocked in, the door was open, the battery dead, all compartments open. It looked like someone went through the whole car, as if someone broke into it on their lot. They said, "eh, we didnt know about it" these guys are pathetic. I will never take another car to these so called mechanics again. They ruined my battery and wasted my time. I hope someone shuts them down for dishonest business practices.
