I have tried lots of mechanics within 50 miles for foreign-make vehicles. At Randy's, the skill and cost are better than what I have found anywhere else.

Excellent service at a reasonable cost for Japanese makes.

Randy and his son Josh are both great to work with when you need your import car worked on. I have found them to be extremely HONEST!! Which I find very rare in the car repair business. They tell you the truth and never add anything on that's not needed.

Several times, I've been offered the options of fixing something for a certain price or a less-expensive option (such as leaving it broke if it doesn't affect safety/performance) with Randy's bias toward the latter option obvious. I appreciate that, and feel more confident in his honesty because of it.

Randy and Josh are exceptional! I will and have taken my Toyotas and Hondas to only them. I will and have driven from another city to have them fix or service my cars. They are worth the trip and are incredibly honest!

Randy auto import repair is run by 2 guys, Randy and Josh, who are just great. We live right across the street from their shop and we can vouch for their work ethic. Snow, rain or shine, they come in 7 am each morning and leave by 5 pm. I have been in about 4 times in the last 1 year and found them extremely honest with their answers. They are the most reasonable in their prices. I have recommended them to my three of my office colleagues who also were very happy with Randy's service. I highly recommended them. One anecdote: I had this squeaking noise in my car and I took to Randy for inspection. After inspecting after an hour or so, Randy said that this is something I need not be worried about for now, and that I can change the serpentine belt (which was probably making that noise) during my next service. I said, "Thank you and asked how much should I pay" He said" Nothing, I didn't replace any part, nor did I service anything, so I am not going to take anything" He is just great.

I went down an incline and my car started making noises when I turned. I was expecting something expensive and axle related. I was pleasantly surprised to have it be an $80 repair. Everyone was great, the work was done in a timely fashion and I was pleased at the lack of "reccommended work" that I frequently get from my dealer. The only service they reccommended was tires at some point. It was great to have such a non pushy interchange instead of the scare tactics you sometimes get. I will definetely return here for future services.

My family went to Randy's for all of our Honda's when we lived in the area. Very honest, willing to give you a low cost option if available. Once showed me (free of charge) how to manually change my HVAC from hot to cool when the knob broke in order to save me the cost of removing the dash to repair it. Another time, they replaced my exhaust system from the headers on back the same day the pipes broke when I had an imminent road trip. HIGHLY recommended.

December 2009 For 30+ years I have been a customer of Randy's with absolutely 100% total satisfaction. He is the most legitimate talented honest and NICE auto repair guy I have ever known. It started with my two year old 1977 Honda Accord with a windshield wiper issue - - repeatedly blowing fuses. After my next door neighbor - - WHO JUST HAPPENED TO BE THE FIRST LOCAL HONDA DEALER - - told me I needed a new wiper motor for $249!! - - I thought "I don't think so" and made my first visit to Randy on a recommendation from a close friend who normally didn't like ANYONE. In about 15 minutes, Randy discovered and eliminated a short circuit within the dashboard that was the cause of the issue. Randy absolutely refused to charge me or take ANY gratuity. Since that day I have used no other facility including dealers for ANY vehicle issue.
