I had recently bought my truck and had purchased an after market warranty.I was having problems with oil consumption.I had taken it to other garages and they had found no problems.I then heard about Jon and made an appointment to have it looked at.He called me that day with his diagnosis and had said he contacted my warranty company and they had agreed to fix the problem as long as it was internal engine damage causing it.jon had assured me it was and said I would have to pay for tear down so he could get his specifications needed internally to get the warranty company to pay in full.I agreed and three days later i had a new rebuilt engine and all I had to pay was my deductible.I strongly recommend Jon he is an excellent and honest technician.

I ended up going to Richlonn's after a VERY BAD experience with another shop in Racine which I do not see on your site but which I would sure like to rate. The difference was like day and night. The first one was so crappy and unprofessional I couldn't believe how I was treated. When I went to Richlonn's I was treated like a real human being, and I was not condescended to because I am a woman. How refreshing. They also diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and repaired it correctly the first time. HOORAY!!!!!

Went there for tires. They are the local dealer for the brand I was looking for. The install was quick and everything was done right. The price was not bad either. I have since gone there for quotes on tires for my other vehicle. The quotes are kind of high and include charges for absolutely every conceivable item or "service" (including the air in the tires!). I know these types of add-ons are negotiable, but I am choosing not to haggle and just taking my business elsewhere. The guys in their shop are polite and helpful and I might return to them again. But for now, I am going somewhere else.

We have four cars. One is a 1999 Toyota Camry LE, another is a 2003 Subaru Outback. This year both of them had air conditioning problems. We took the Outback to the dealership to have it repaired. The first time they couldn't find the problem and recharged the system. That was one day used up. The second time, they had to keep the car two days because they didn't have the part (a hose) they needed to repair the leak. The total cost was 3 days and $537.00. When the Camry's A/C quit producing cool air, we called Richlonn's. This was a Saturday; they had us drop it off on Monday morning. That same morning they had identified the hole in the condenser, called us with the estimate, and it was repaired by 1:30 that afternoon. It was nearly the same cost, but was a sixth of the time the dealership took with the Subaru. They've done great work with the Camrys ('98 and '99) and the Subie will be going there, too!
