These guys have always treated me, a female, like I
actually knew what I was talking about and/or understood
what they told me. They are very reasonable, not afraid to
say that they can do a repair but don't recommend it, not
cost effective and so on. They do not have loaners but
have given me a ride home when they could and I didn't feel
like walking home (little over a mile). Theey almost
always get me in within 24 hours of a call, often the same
day. I feel totally safe leaving my car there the night
before as well.
I also go to them when I am thinking of a newer used car,
they will tell me the the ones that are pricey to work on,
hard to get parts and so on.
