Jeff and his crew help us make informed decisions about necessary repairs (struts and brakes) and things we can let slide (motor to raise back window that we never use anyway). They helped us out recently with a last minute, on-the-fly brake job before a scheduled road trip. Just bring the car in right now, they said, we'll fit you in. Our repairs haven't been cheap but I've never felt ripped off. They are really nice on the phone, great in person and the last time we were in, Jeff gave us a right on tip for a great restaurant in town.

Great guys, great mechanics, and a great owner. They have always done right by us. I know nothing about cars and I know there were several opportunities for them to tell me anything and charge or do work that wasn't necessary, but they never did. I once brought my car in thinking it was dying. Turns out it was nothing but a minor adjustment which they did and didn't charge me an arm and leg to fix. They are HONEST and COMPETENT, a combination that's hard to find in a lot of mechanics.

Jeff Dunn, the owner of the shop, and his son JT provide amazing customer service. There have been times when Jeff has actually explained to me (after panicking and taking my vehicle elsewhere) that some costly "repair" (as recommended by someone else) is completely unnecessary- how's that for a first- a shop owner who talks a customer out of an unnecessary repair? They're also fantastic at providing cost-effective solutions for problems - I can't recommend them highly enough!
