I have gone to the Hansens for many years. They have the best mechanics in town. They have always been able to repair any problem that I have ever had. There shop is always clean and in order. They alway give me a estimate and if it goes over they call first. All that I can say is [YOU'VE TRIED THE REST NOW TRY THE BEST]

I fly radio control model airplanes, a few years ago while at the park this guy admired the condition of my car, especially the very clean engine compartment. We started talking about all things with motors, cars, motorcycles. Turns out he was a mechanic at the shop, so I took my car to him. He is no longer at the shop, but I still return for service.

I had them replace my radiator in my 2006 Honda pilot. I noticed the next day that something was leaking from the bottom. I called and made them aware of the problem. Right away they gave me a bunch of excuses, that it was degreaser or it could be cutting oil. After investigating myself, I found out it was transmission fluid. Plus I wanted them to use the antifreeze that I supplied to them from Honda. They only used 1 gallon of what I provided. They told me that they used a gallon of their stuff when they back flushed it. I took the Pilot into my Honda dealership; they discovered that they didn't attach the hoses correctly, reused the old clamps, and broke the clips for the plastic brush guard- replacing them with zip ties. I will never recommend or take a car back to them.
