Excellent customer service. They are very clear about the repairs that are needed and they are very good about getting your vehicle back in a timely manner, most of the time that same day.

I'm very impressed with these guys. They told me up front that there would be a charge to diagnose my vehicle (and that it would not be done "free" and then hidden in the parts and labor for repair). They found what the problem was, and fixed it within the cost of the diagnostic, since it only involved labor. They didn't try to sell me anything else, or scare me into anything else. I'm very impressed with these guys. Also, Kudos to Mark the Manager for talking to me and not talking down to me, since I don't know much about auto mechanics.

I'm writing a second review on these guys, as the situation changed considerably since I last stopped by. I drove 12 miles to come see these guys, and not only was the dispatcher's attitude one of "too bad, not my problem" but he actually talked down to me sarcastically, as if I were an idiot. Completely inappropriate and unnecessary. I will not be coming back, and I will not ever recommend them again.
