I was pulling a float in the high school homecoming parade
and had the back gates open on my suburban so the music
could be heard. When I pulled into the parking lot at the
end of the parade route I turned sharply and "pinched" the
back gate with the trailer causing the gate to crease and
bend on the hinge. I thought, here goes big bucks....
As a result of the door being bent the inside dome lights
stayed on all the time. I called Chris at home on a Friday
night about 9:30 and asked for his opinion. He helped me
out with the lights and suggested that I bring it in on
Monday before calling the body shop. They were able to "do
their magic" on the door and saved me the big bucks I
anticipated spending on it. Just an example of how Chris
and Vicki run their business. I feel very fortunate to
have a mechanic I trust working on my vehicles.....

Anderson Automotive will not stand by their work. My Mazda3 needed a clutch replaced and Anderson Auto did the work. This was done 9/2014.
Now less than 11 months later (8/2015) my throw-out bearing is making noise when depressing the clutch pedal. I took the car back to Anderson and they said the whole clutch needs to be replaced again.
I showed them the receipt from 9/2014 proving they replaced the clutch at that time. They said they will not cover replacing the clutch again and that it would cost me over $600.
This shop does not stand by their work. There's no reason the clutch would go bad in less than 11 months. I've driven manual transmission cars for 20 years. I do mostly highway driving for work. This car is driven and a treated properly.
Do not trust Anderson Automotive with your repair needs!
