Dennis is very nice and knowledgable. Offers a free loaner
if available.

Dennis is ALWAYS cheerful. He explains his diagnosis -
refers to others if he cannot do what he thinks needs
doing. He is fair in all dealings. He meets his time
estimates. I could not be happier with an auto techician.

I feel Dennis is very honest and if he can't fix the
problem he will tell you where to go get it fixed.

He is honest and appears to try very hard to satisfy his
customers needs. If he can't he knows someone that
will.
