I took the Toyota in for brake work. When we got the car back the emergency brake was no longer functioning. It couldn't have held my little red wagon. We took it back they racked it up and found that the little y pivot had rusted and broken. They replaced it, no charge, and offered me some crackers and this amazing little artichoke, crab and garlic dip as well. I recommend them.
