I've been using John Lippis and co since 1990 -- they are absolutely tops. Honest, highly competent. I have a great deal of respect for them. I'm no longer driving a Saab -- and what I miss most is not being able to use them to service my Audi.

I have had John work on my SAABs for ten years. He is always willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. He urges you to do the right thing for your car and tries to get you to see that it is actually the least expensive route to go. He is totally honest, although a bit quirky and sometimes a bit harried. In all fairness though, I must admit that I am probably not his favorite type of customer as I am a heavy do-it-yourselfer and only go to him when I am unwilling or unable to do the repair myself. If you live in the Spokane area, own a SAAB and have not gotten acquainted with John and Brad, you should do yourself and your SAAB a favor and do so!

John and Brad have worked on both of my Saabs. I trust them completely. They tell me what needs to be fixed now, what can wait, and what will forestall more expensive repairs later. I wish my own doctor were as knowledgeable and informative!
