Consistently high quality service completed as estimated, on time. They have gained my trust over 15 years of service. If I can't do it myself, they get my business.

This is a busy & very professional shop. I've come to them for routine maintenance as well as emergencies and I've found them to be honest, thorough and consistant with their explanations and estimates. As a single woman I never felt they were talking down to me or feeding me a line, and repairs were done right the first time. They were very good at helping me prioritize the work that needed to be done right away, and what could wait.

Pretty pricey. They are thorough though. They gave me a 7 page list of what was going on with my car, and what was likely to happen to my car - complete with cost estimates!

I've been going to Swedish Automotive for 17 years. They worked on my 900S for 15 years (when I sold it, I got $500 over book and I give them a lot of credit for that - it was in excellent shape) and then I bought a used 9.3 from Dave, the owner, who started bringing in cars coming off lease to sell to interested customers. So now they're taking care of my second Saab and doing a fine job.

Dave Winters and his entire staff have always been courteous, prompt, detailed, and professional. I've used them for my entire time as a Saab owner in Seattle and was quite happy with the service and loaner cars they provided. My only caveat is they are a bit pricey. However, I think the prices are reasonable given the peace of mind they have always given me.
