AKA "Subaru Only." I believe it is a women-owned shop. They talked to me like a fellow traveler and not like an idiot taking their time. I've only been there once, but I am definitely going back

I love these guys they do a great job on my SVX. They are honest and put your interest first. I will never go back to the dealership for any major service as long as these guys are in business.

These folks are very well-informed. The first oil change is free for new customers. Then they explain everything. After a couple of oil changes, they told me that my head gasket was starting to go. But they said to wait until they told me to go to the dealer and get my free repair. And that worked out great. They pay attention! Imagine. I don't know if it is a business owned by women but the women who do the office work are VERY accommodating and COMPETENT. Yeah, I wish the bill were smaller but that's the case with just about every service/repair event for my car and home. They do a good job. I trust them.

A competent shop but terribly overpriced for the work.

While getting my 9 year old Subaru serviced, I happened to mention to them I was thinking of selling it. They spent some time discussing with me what was worth repairing and what was not. They seemed honest about which repairs were needed and gave a detailed cost estimate of them. They told me a slack seat belt would be repaired by a dealer at no cost and I would be better off getting a dealer to replace it. With the information they gave me, I was able to make a better decision on what to do with my Subaru.

This shop, founded and operated by women, is great. They are straightforward and exceptional in all phases of the work to maintain my vehicle. They will not let you leave their shop with an unsafe car. A unique feature: oil changes are available 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. daily, first come, first served, then repair appointments fill the rest of the day. They provide loaner cars.
