Chuck & Ron are great guys, honest & willing & able to explain repairs without burying you in information. Chuck will come in early or stay late if that's the only time when you can be there, & once came to my (nearby) house to compression start my car when the starter died & I had to get it to the shop. There's a playground & park nearby as well as coffee shops & when I have to get the car fixed, I go to the park with my 2-year old son & Chuck calls me when the car is done. He & Ron work on many makes of cars, but I don't think they do Saabs. American cars, Hondas, Toyotas, the usual. These are the types of guys who are so cool they end up being friends with all their customers.

I recommend Chuck's for their great service and honesty. They were open, communicative and straight-forward with me. Being a woman I am highly distrustful of most mechanics (I've been screwed over before), but I never experienced maliciousness or greed from them. Give 'em a try!

I'm happy I found this place through Groupon last year. I've had my Kia Sorento LX for 4 years now and have recently had some technical issues. Chuck's was there for me at a moments notice. Lucky for me- I just started a new position at Nordstrom Alderwood and was saved from car problems on my first day. The mechanics are super friendly and skilled and Chris (Chuck retired) will take excellent care of you. This is a fantastic neighborhood place and a business you'll surely want a long term relationship with.
