Some schmuck stole my Grand Cherokee Limited and wrecked it and a road grader within 30 minutes. Insurance company estimated $8,000 to fix the problem. I thought more like $12,000. Calahan thought $12k plus. Insurance company authorized start of repair. We said we wouldn't even think of accepting the work unless it was PERFECT, because the car was in great shape an hour before the wreck. Calahan guarantees his work for as long as I own the car, and gave me references to check his veracity. His dad owned the shop before Kevin did and we found him honest twenty five years ago. We gave our authorization. The way the car was wrecked, there was hidden damage and secondary parts that had to be replaced, like the entire steering column and much of the stuff under the floorboards. I guess the thief went over a boulder to get to the road grader. Calahan made our experience as non-stressful as he could. When he returned the car to us, it drove better than it did when we bought it. He explained that he made the frame straightener redo the work three times before he would accept it. I don't wreck my own cars. The last time we used Calahan was twenty five or so years ago. If he's still there in twenty five years, or if his kids are there, we'll probably use them next time we need a complete body repair.

My car was totalled (partly my fault) and I didn't have collision insurance. The other driver's insurance only covered $1000 of my repairs and I didn't have much money to spend on repair.....just wanted my car to be usable again. Callahan's really worked with me to cut costs on parts and only repair what was needed to drive safely. They weren't condescending at all and happily fixed the important stuff and didn't try to pressure me into fixing "cosmetic" dents. I highly recommend them.

Kevin and his sons (this is a family biz) were
consistently courteous, patient, and straightforward in
status reports. They did a great job on the car and
helped with insurance issues. Very satisfied.
