Always frieldly and reliable. Will give me the use of a free loaner for an oil change (of course, I did buy the car there and have all of my work done at this dealer). Once, the service manager announced that my oil change was completed and didn't charge me because "I was a great customer"!

Have taken cars there for about 12 years.
Once the car was making a sound like a machine gun. They
replaced the spark plug that had fallen out and charged me
about 5 bucks. They could have really stuck it to me if
they had been inclined.

My 92 Acura Vigor, after 200,000 miles, was leaking oil
from many locations. They fixed each leak until now the
car does not leak at all. Less expensive than an Acura
dealer and close enough to home to walk back and forth.

I have been having my Hondas serviced at Burien Honda for 26
years. They have always been fair and honest - advising me
against unnecessary work that I thought was needed. Of the 3
Hondas I have owned, I bought the 2nd & 3rd Hondas there
because of the outstanding Service Department and Kathy
Brown (the service manager).
