we took our propane run, 350 Chevy engine in to get a service as we are new owners to it. 10 days later we get it back $1500. we plan a road trip for the weekend and completely loose power 20 miles in. Immobile on a Friday after spending $1500 for fluid changes and a tune up and this shop wants to tell me to bring it back in and we can take a look. No! first off we cant get a tow, we are too large, that's why we wanted to get serviced before we left. At this point I don't trust your shop and I want a refund, they refuse. now that I've shared my story I keep getting told stories of others in my area having had the same poor service, over charging and being rude when customers cant afford their botch job/ over charged service fees ($125 per hour). Every little service is charged at an hour. we paid $897 in labor alone. Apparently they ordered us premium spark plug wires and didn't secure them properly, causing one to fry through and us to overheat. Small mistake that leads to big problems. I don't recommend this shop, especially for customer service reasons. it took 22 days for the owner to call me....22 days and you want me to bring it in so you can say what? that it wasn't your fault?
