I was very lucky to stumble upon this shop when I lived in Olympia, and even after I moved 75 miles away I still took my truck there because they are so trustworthy. I know they are honest because once I took my truck in to have the brakes done after having been told at another shop many months earlier that my brakes were in dire need of attention. Ben's could have just taken my money, but instead they informed me that my brakes were in fact perfectly fine and sent me on my way! They are expressly comitted to fair treatment of women customers. They have gone out of their way for me more than once. They made a small mistake one time and were wonderful about straightening things out. Their fair prices always seem amazingly low to me as I have been ripped off by others so many times in the past.

They worked with me to prioritze major repairs over time and within my budget.

After having only minimal satisfaction with the service I recieved at one of our local dealerships, I was pleased to find such concientious service at Ben's. They were quick to communicate the problems that they found and the overall cost was VERY reasonable. They will be servicing our cars from now on.
