My experience with All Wheel Drive Auto has been
excellent. It has not previously been my experience with
most people I deal with, except of course my brother! I
have had three trips to the shop, one for a redo because of
a bad part, which because of their guarantee, they had to
do over for free. It was a large job, and I was not the
easiest to deal with as my schedule has been tough.
Throughout it all, they were courteous, responsible,
accountable...something rare in today's culture, and
provided the same level of support as they did the first
time when they actually got paid for the job. I never feel
condescended to, I always have an explanation and know what
my bill will be before I leave the car. I would recommend
them to anyone, and have. The customer service and repair
work here is excellent.

My Outback has 185,000 miles on it but since I discovered All Wheel Drive in
Kirkland I feel confident in taking off on a trip anytime. In fact, I've driven to Ca
twice and Idaho once just this year alone. I would recommend them to anyone.

After several bad experiences with a few Subaru dealers, we
discovered All Wheel Drive Auto in Kirkland. I brought the
car to them, explained the situation and the problems we
had been having with the dealers never being able to
diagnose or fix our problem. They kept me informed through
the whole process. They were able to determine from their
expertise, knowledge, and past experience, what the problem
could possibly be. And, they were correct. My son has been
driving the Subaru ever since, and it has never run so
good! I feel very confident and comfortable knowing that
there is a serviced department like this, that will take
the extra time to explain situations, and let you know up
front what your options are. I found them to be honest and
very knowledgeable. I would recommend anybody with a Subaru
to take their car to All Wheel Drive Auto in Kirkland.

I have an older model Subaru and AWD keeps me driving,
specially with all the repairs that I need. AWD has
excellent customer service at reasonable prices, and their
work is phenomenal. My car runs better now than when I
bought it, and I'll continue to bring my car to Justin and
his team until they don't make parts for it anymore. AWD is
the only reasonable, honest, competent repair shop in town.
Don't make the mistake of going to another shop.

I had heard of AWD and took my '02 Outback in when I had a
front end noise problem and a Check Engine light on. The
intake person took the time to listen to my description and
after a test drive thoroughly explained his take on what
probably caused the Engine light to go on. The remedy
included using Techron in an attempt to clean the Cat
Converter. Shortly after putting it in the tank, the light's
out. Some other shops would have tried to replace parts,
$800-1,200, first. I had a very good first impression with
this business and will only go there for future problems.

I am very happy with their services. I decided on this
place after reading all the positive reviews on this site,
and I wasn't let down one bit. I first went to them for my
30k service for my Subaru OB and later for an oil change.
Their quotes were the best out of 3 other shops for both
services, and the employees were very friendly. They are
also a good resource for recommending other services that
they do not provide (tires, tinting, dent repair), and I
never felt that they were leading me on.

Justin and his staff performed an exorcism on my 2000
Legacy. The devil car was intermittently running rough and
the Check Engine system was throwing a lean code, but the
gas mileage was bad, too. Over multiple visits, the guys
replaced some of the components of the fuel delivery system,
which resulted in the car running okay for a while until
the engine became possessed again. After the 120K service,
when the symptoms reappeared, my wife said, "These guys are
ripping you off; take the car somewhere else." When I took
the car back, Justin said that the fancy Subaru diagnostic
tools weren't picking up the real reason, and that I should
leave the car until they found and corrected the problem.
It turned out to be a faulty diaphragm on the injector rail
that they discovered by using a stethoscope; they replaced
it, and they did not charge me for the parts or labor. Wow!
A repair shop that actually cares about their reputation.
I'm a customer for life.

We moved here From Colorado last year and when the time
came to look for a new shop to service our Subaru we went
to this site and some others, after reading the reviews
here and on Yelp we decided to try AWDA. We were not
disappointed! We would highly recommend All Wheel Drive
Auto to anyone who asks.

Great people, awesome service, positivity and service with a
smile not seen anywhere else in the Seattle area! This is
truly a great shop.
I have been going to All Wheel Drive Auto for a little over
a year now for parts for my Subaru. I am an apprentice
mechanic at a large dealership and no other parts or service
business has made me feel more welcomed and a true part of
the Subaru community than these guys have.
As someone who works on his own car, it is nice to have a
back up. AWDauto is like the professional mechanic friend or
relative that always has your back whenever you're in a hard
spot or just plain don't know what you are doing.
I recently did some upgrades to my Subaru and broke some
bolts when I was reassembling things back together. Luckily,
Tim Watt, one of AWDauto's technicians and Subaru enthusiast,
was working late on his own awesome Subaru and was able to
help me save my car with some used pieces.
Thanks again to you guys!
