As vehicle maintenance coordinator for my employer,
operating a fleet of 15 one-ton cargo vans, the vendors I
recommend affect my professional credibility. Meyers' is
a valued business partner based on value as measured by
price and technical competence -- correct diagnosis then
doing the job completely the first time. On several
ocassions, the shop has declined to perform work at
scheduled intervals, such as tune-up and automatic
transmission flush, when pre-work inspection showed the
maintenance to be unnecessary. Further, I trust them with
my Toyota T100 and Mercedes 300TE 4-Matic.

I don't know about the reasonable prices because I don't
shop around. I don't know if they treat male and female
customers the same as I have never been a male. They do
treat me with respect so.... I keep coming back.

They were friendly and efficient. I couldn't get back to
the shop until after their posted closing time. The shop
was still open & busy, and the manager did not give me any
indication that it was inconvenient for them to stay open
for me to pick up my car.
The only negative I have is that I was told that I needed
to replace my radiator ASAP because it was leaking. That
was a year & a half ago. The radiator may indeed be
leaking, but I haven't replaced it. My car has not had the
catastrophic failure that he predicted if I didn't replace
the radiator. I haven't added any miracle goo to the
coolant; it just keeps running. I haven't had any issues,
even when it's really hot. I'm not sure if the manager
mistook my car for another one that was in their shop, or
if he was being melodramatic, or if he was looking to jack
up my bill. Because of that one issue, I haven't been
back. I don't really trust their advice.
