They will save you truck load of money compared to the local Ford dealer. Ford wanted to replace a leaking power steering line that did not leak. From my single experience with autoworks I would suggest that they are focused, work hard and charge the expected rate. Dan

Om more then one occasion i have taken our car in to have something repaired only to have call me up and tell me I didn't need the expesive fix. This week I took my truck in for a tune up and they called and told I didn"t need one because the problem was a dirty injector. I always feel good when I leave there shop.

Autoworks was very helpful and thorough. Although the fix was more expensive than the original estimate, they explained all the issues and options, and found the problem on the first try.

The distributor went out in our 1994 Camry and we had the car taken to their shop (which was closed at the time). The next morning they drove the car and diagnosed what was wrong and repaired it very quickly. We have been taking our cars there for over 5 years and have always been pleased with their work.

I moved to Washington in 2000 and Autoworks has taken good care of the four cars I have owned during that time.

I took in my toyota camry for an intermittent, severe vibration. They correctly diagnosed a brake caliper hanging up and repaired it the same day. They are very expensive. I had the identical work done about a year earlier at Les Schwab (replace both front calipers, and pads). In each case they used remanufactured calipers. But the cost at Autoworks was almost triple. Their bill was $601 before tax, compared to $214 at Les Schwab.
