I first went to Robert when my old mechanic wanted to charge me for something he broke. The business belonged to another owner at the time and Robert was the mechanic. I was really impressed with the service and competence then, and since Robert has bought the business, still does the wrenching, improved his skills, and kept the customer service top notch. This shop and it's people are knowledgable, friendly, competent, fair, and honest.

I used to be a loyal customer of RC's auto repair. I recently took my car there because it was having issues stalling in the mornings. I made them aware that the issue was intermittent, but they agreed to take a look. They experienced the issue while it was in their garage, but after 3 days of me having to repeatedly call for more information, they decided they couldn't diagnose the problem. They then charged me 70$ to give me a piece of paper that says they couldn't diagnose it, even though they experienced the issue. When I asked what service I received for my payment the manager got mad, started yelling at me that he should have charged more and then hung up the phone. If you want nothing for something, go to RC's auto repair!
