I've been having them service my 1963 Porsche for 11 years now. Always excellent, courteous service, fair cost.

Mark and Zack took such good care of my VW Rabbit and my Audi. I then bought a Volvo, so I was sad to not see them anymore. Then my husband bought a Saab, and Harmoney added Saabs to their list. Happily, we're back to Harmoney! They're good people.

Mark and Zack worked on my Audi 4000 while I was a broke college student. This older Audi had been given the death sentence by a previous mechaninic. Mark and Zack kept it going another 5 years with very reasonable periodic repairs. I actually sold it for what I bought it for when I had my first child. I then ignorantly bought a brand of mini-van they didn't service(Ford). Big mistake, I never found a mechanic to replace them. So, I was forced to sell the car. Actually, we had to pay to have it towed away, but that's another story. This time I went to Mark and Zack first to ask what I should buy, and bought my newer VW Passat. Even though it doesn't require visits to them as frequent as my old Audi did, I look forward to my oil changes. Even my husband now has switched to a car they service.

I took my Audi 90 there several times because they were the only other Audi specialists is Bellingham besides the dealer. Even other mechanics sent me there not wanting to deal is Audi gremlins. My experience was mixed, they replaced the master brake cylinder looking for a fluid leak. Turns out the leak was from the clutch cylinder and they wanted me to pay for both at the cost of $500. When I made protested, I end up only having to pay for the clutch cylinder since it was the real problem. They also dropped a tool on my bumper which chipped it. To their credit they paid to have it repaired.

These are the ONLY guys I will let work on my Porsche. Always great work, on time and with very friendly service. The one time I had a problem with their work they fixed it quickly and for free. As far as I am concerned this is the only place to take your German car for service.

These guys are awesome. I've dealt with Zack and Jason for several issues with my '93 Subaru and they've always been sympathetic to my priorities as a struggling college student without being pushy or patronizing. They diagnosed my problem correctly the first time, didn't suggest anything I didn't need (like pulling out a clean air filter and telling me it's dirty) and even told me I could get it done cheaper somewhere else (they don't do exhausts). I've been back several times since, whenever I have a problem. They're always done when they say they'll be and stay in near constant contact to keep you updated. The last time I had a problem they even squeezed me in on a day they had no open appointments because it was a severe issue and their Subaru tech was leaving the next day - a gesture I didn't expect. Take your car to them. Take it now.

The guys are always willing to explain what's wrong and don't expect you to always agree to have everything fixed, you can fix the most important things now and then as you can afford it fix the rest.

I've used them a couple of times, and every time they have made the proper repair for a good price.

These guys are great! I've taken my '99 Outback there several times. Last time I was there, the total cost for the parts and labor was LESS then their estimate. These guys are fantastic!

Called Harmony for an estimate and was kindly reassured that my subaru did not actually need the repair I thought it needed. I was impressed by the honesty of the gentleman on the phone. He did not take advantage of my lack of mechanical skills. I will repay this free advice in the future by using this shop. Excellent customer service and honesty.
