The two Franks (Avery and Spicer) are fantastic! I have been stuck with their honesty and gret work. They are truly a branch office of Car Talk in every sense. They run a clean and efficient shop; they're estimates are always excellently presented (in English, not something that only a NASCAR mechanic could understand) and usually include optional methods of fixing the problem. They always deliver when and what they say they will and they are the most upright and honest mechanics I have ever run into. When you get your bill from them you don't feel like you're making a payment on their Ferrari! In an age where Dentists, Plumbers & Mechanics are considered the rip-off artists in the business world, therse guys are the definite exception! Check them out, I think you'll be very happy with them and their work!!

The guys at Autologic are fantastic. We've been using them
for years. They are reliable, honest and fair. They have
always completed on time and on budget. The shop is clean
and well organized. I don't trust my cars to anyone else.

The Autologic folks have worked on several of my cars over
the years, and I've never been disappointed. They have
always gone over and above to make sure that the job is
done right.

I took my old Volvo in. Very nice guys and aiming to please,
but though they tried, they could not fix the heating system
and did not quite come out and say that they could not,
which I would have preferred. They also told me that my
tires were the wrong size (they were not). It is an old car
and maybe they do not work much on Volvos, so maybe they are
great with other vehicles. I would take it back to them for
oil changes, but for other issues I will go to a shop in
Seattle that specializes in Volvos.

We have a 1995 Lexus ES300 with about 204,000 miles on it. Autologic did some extensive work last summer (replace valve cover gasket, tune, filters, etc.) Unfortunately, the check engine light came on very soon after the service was done. Fast forward 7 months--which was the first time we could easily get the car back in. It took them about a day to figure out that they had note done the valve cover repair correctly last summer. They completely owned the problem, kept the car another day and a half and fixed it at no charge to us. Yes, they're pretty expensive, but it's absolutely great to know that they are honest (which we've always felt was so, but this really proved it)!! Honesty goes a long way to cover a little extra cost.....
