Jim is great! He will fix only what is necessary on the vehicle. He has competitive rates, and a very flexible schedule. Very up front and honest. Always willing to find a way to get the job done for your budget. I know he works on a lot of VW's, and I have also had him work on my Jeep. He used to work for a chevy dealer, so rest assured he knows all about GM cars as well.

These guys (Jim and Eric) are great at explaining problems to you and offering options. They've demonstrated to me that they're honest and their prices are fair. In addition, they're friendly guys and seem to enjoy their work. Its my impression that they'll work on any make of car for basic repairs, but specialize in Honda and Accura.

I can highly recommend the Twisted Wrench. Jim is very anal about his work, which is a great trait for a car mechanic. His perfectionism is your best friend. Joe Backyard may be slightly cheaper, but I assure you Joe's repair will be sloppy compaired to Jim's work. However, with a labor rate of $45 per hour, the Twisted Wrench is still very reasonable for the Burlington area. Jim does not specialize into any specific brands (from what he told me, he is pretty knowledgable about Hondas, though). So maybe you should think twice before having him fix the engine computer problem on your Lexus. But for everthing else, Jim's the guy!

These guys are experts with Hondas, Acuras and Subarus.
They explain the work that needs to be done, and, more
important, will honestly tell you when work is not
necessary. They are fast and reasonable. What more could
you want in a mechanic? I'm thinking of buying a Mazda and
hate the thought of having to find another shop.

I called in because the maintenance required light on the
dash of my '98 Honda Accord had turned on at around 80,000
miles. I asked them if this should be cause for concern,
and they told me no that it was automatically programmed
to turn on at certain intervals and I shouldn't worry
about anything mechanical wrong with my car. They were
friendly, honest, and seemed to respect me even as a non-
paying customer. They even offered to have me come by to
turn off the light for me for free. I will definitely do
business with them the next time something is actually
wrong with my car.

I was told you could spend a lifetime trying to find
honest and amazing mechanics. After taking my car to Jim
and Erik at Twisted Wrench, I feel that my search is over.

Jim and Eric were great to work with. Straight talkers,
very friendly and knowledgable. I will be going back to
them without reservation for my Honda repair needs.
