Mr. Fletcher is exceptional! We have never had any problems with him. I have taken my cars to two or three other mechanics and not received the honesty and great service I have received from him. I'm a woman but to him I'm no different than any man that walks through the door. He explains things so that I can understand them. He's the best!

Mark is a very smart mechanic and can solve the problem faster than Click @ Clack. I have never know a mechanic so well informed as Mark Fletcher. One nice thing about Mark is that he looks for the least expensive way to fix the problem and not cut corners. He takes time to chat with you and cover some of the worlds problems and this is done on his own time after the car is fixed. Mark is certainly a good friend and neighbor. We are very fortunate to have him in this area. Oh' he also rebuilt my standard transmission for a modest price. What a find.

I would take my Saabs to Mark for any work needed. He has done an engine swap, head gaskets, transmission repairs, and clutch jobs for us. He can track down used parts (like engines!). I would rather take my Saabs to him than the dealer, even if he is a half hour out of town. He knows them inside and out, and strikes me as an honest mechanic with complete integrity in his work. His rates are very affordable, and he's a nice guy too!
