I have a Subaru Forester. The "check Engine" light came on and I took the vehicle in immediately, after researching the shop on your web site. The owner is wonderful, when I arrived he was on the telephone with a customer trying to discourage the customer from putting any more money into his/her vehicle. (I liked this, how many mechanics would try to discourage a customer from coming in to spend more money in their shop? They tested the car (after telling me it would be $60.00) Called me immediately to tell me there was nothing wrong, test drove the vehicle more than one time. They changed the oil at my request, and checked the vehicle over just because. Mr. Potter again called, said the vehicle was in perfect shape short of needing two front tires (which I knew). I returned to the shop later in the day only to realize I had left my checkbook at work. This was not a problem I was told to drop it in the slot that evening. I left the shop with the car, returned with the check immediately. LOVE this place, would recommend it to anyone with a Japanese car!!

They have cared for our Mazda Miata for over 10 years. Their service is top shelf. Prices are reasonable and service is very promptly completed.

If there was ever an ideal garage, it is this one. The folks who run it are courteous and honest. They are friendly and they try to get to know their customers, almost like a doctor's office does. It is the cleanest I've seen in an independent, non-dealership garage. You even get Christmas cards! We had an old 1984 Mazda 626 for which spare parts where scarce and they were able to keep it running. I just wish they did VW's too! Too bad, we (like all military families have to) had to move away.

I had a 1988 Honda with an A/C problem. After working on it for half day they did not come up with the fix for it. I said I will take it to a place that just works on A/C problems which they had no problem with. I then asked for the bill for the time they worked on it. The answer was there would not be any charge since they did fix the problem. I have never had one of cars in a shop for a half a day and not been charged something, even if they did not fix the problem. They are also great for taking a car for checking prior to buying it. They supply you with a check list of whats is OK or needs to be repaired. The only problem I have with them is that they do not work on American cars. Dennis Frasca Virginia Beach, VA

Excellent shop! The shop on several occasions has discovered the cheapest thing wrong and fixed it. I have an older Honda Del Sol so they could have easily made a few extra bucks on a few repairs and did not.

Very competent; very good service advisors; do not "oversell" their services - if a service is not necessary at this time - they do not recommend it; price is reasonable for quality work; you can be confident they will do what needs to be done and do it well; actual price was a bit lower than the estimate as they found work was less challenging than they thought and parts a bit less too - they passed along the lower cost; clean, large, well appointed and organized facility. A low anxiety experience!

They were excellent. I was on vacation at the beach and heard a knocking sound under the hood. They knew I had to drive home that day (friday morning) and they got me in last minute. They figured out the problem in a few minutes, and fixed it at an INCREDIBLY FAIR PRICE. I wish I could give them repeat business, but at least I can recommend them to all.
