Had a problem with a lifter knocking in my 2004 truck.
changed the oil and it looked suspicious. I had previously
had to add about 3/4 of a gallon of coolant every 8000
miles. Had the oil tested and found glycol in the oil.
Took my truck to the local Chevrolet dealer in Rocky Mount
and was told there probably was not a problem, to drive it
and see what happens. I showed them a sample of oil with
apparent antifreeze in it, and they said they could look
and tell it was not antifreeze.
Took my truck to Berglund, and within 2 hours they had
found a crack in the head, related to a TSB notice which I
also had located on teh internet and ask the other
dealership about. I was told that could not be the
problem.
Heads had to be ordered, but my truck was repaired and
returned to me within two days after parts were ordered. I
am extremely happ with the repairs made, and the Service
Coordinator who helped me, Charlie Hatcher.

They make you aware of any problems whether its something
they found amiss with your car or if there is a problem
with a heavier workload in their garage. And they
constantly keep you informed
