My husband usually takes care of any work needed on our vehicles, but when our daughter damaged her car a few days before Christmas, we knew we were going to have to find someone we could trust. We turned to the Car Talk website, and Lee's Automotive was at the top of the list with customer comments for our area. We were not disappointed. I felt very comfortable with Lee from our first conversation and he did not disappoint us. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. His repair charges were very reasonable and provided quick turnaround on the car. Will definitely recommend Lee's to friends and family.

Lee first worked on my cars from 1997-2000, when I was last stationed here. I retired last summer, moved back to the area, and went to see Lee - 50 miles away and a $17.00 bridge toll - with my 1991 Honda and a recurring AC problem. I had just had the AC "fixed" a month earlier in northern VA at Honda dealer, after having it "fixed" by the Honda dealer in El Paso TX 4 months earlier. First, Lee and Debbie not only remembered me, but asked after my 1996 Ford Explorer. Second, Lee told me the AC should still be under warranty from both jobs, then called the local Honda dealer and talked to the mechanic there while Debbie gave me detailed instructions on how to get to the place. Lee also told me to get the passenger seatbelt fixed while I was at the dealer, because it had a lifetime warranty from Honda. When I got to Honda, the lead mechanic came out after about 1/2 hour, told me he had discussed the AC problem with Lee, and they were going to make everything right: whatever new AC thing one of the two earlier shops had installed wasn't the correct part for a 1991 model. Bottom line: Lee didn't charge me a dime; Honda did the work under the warranty; it's 11 months later and the AC is still working. Lee is THE BEST. PS: Honda replaced the passenger side seatbelt under the lifetime warranty.

Absolutely agree with the other positive reviews on this site. Lee and his team are experts, treat me AND my wife (when I am out of town - that's always when the car breaks!) with a high level of mutual respect and do fine work. I am submitting this review to echo the good words of the others before this one and to keep the list current - we had an engine problem just two weeks ago that took 1 day to ID and fix while I was out of town. Much needed peace of mind and a fine example of professional auto maintenance.

Lee and Debbie are wonderful. My husband often lets me take care of getting the cars fixed, and Lee always treats me as he would a male customer. He is respectful, courteous, and explains any issues with the car. He will also go out of his way to max small fixes without charging you. At least once he has checked something for me and not charged me. Bottom line: I trust him and I recommend him to anyone who lives in the area.

I trust these guys 100%. Have referred several friends, family and coworkers here. Everyone of them (mostly females) said they were very happy and would return to him.
