This shop has repaired cars for me the past 15 years. I've had about 3 different makes worked on. The cars were taken in quickly and finished on time. If they run into something they will call before doing anything They tell you what it costs and get an okay. I had a Suburu that was overheating. After trying several things it ending up being the head gasket. I was only charged labor on the head gasket repair itself nothing for the other work. I have no complaints.

My experience with these guys is that they seem polite and nice, but ultimately will not correct their mistakes. My truck started shaking as soon as they put them on. They repeatedly claimed that I had other issues, despite the fact that the truck drove smooth until they replaced the rims. Long story short, after taking the truck somewhere else and buying another set of new rims, the truck drove fine. When returning the defective rims for a refund, they refused a refund because it was a month after the purchase, despite the fact that I went back to complain every week during that month. They got their rims back, kept my money and, needless to say, I never went back. Horrible service.

You must watch them on what they charge you for parts!! They charged me $272 for a remanufactured alternator that I could have bought new, across the street, online and from the Ford dealer for much less. In fact, the most expensive NEW part for the make and model of auto I own was $230. Premium remanufactired alternators topped out at about $170 with most being in the $130 range. So, the ripped us off on parts cost! And, since it was my college age daughter who took the car in for the repair, she felt as though they took advantage of her. When I addressed it, they hemmed and hawed knowing they had been caught but refused to do anything.
