Takes the extra time to make perfect repairs, replaces parts rather than assemblies. It may take a little longer to get the individual part, but it saves big bucks. He willing to go the extra distance to make sure repairs are right. This is a small shop. There are only two mechanics in this garage. Personal service is a way of life there.

Alan, the manager, does an incredible job of explaining the
work done, giving you a heads up about work that will need
to be done at some future time, and laying out choices for
you. Over the 15 years we have used this shop, we have
frequently recommended it to friends and family. They have
always given us positive, grateful feedback.
