Art has gone the extra mile more than a few times on several repairs. Everyone I have recommended to him has had a positive experience.

The staff is amazing. They are very patient and attentive.
they actually listen to you, with no interruptions,
resulting in getting the problem fixed on the very first
time. They have fixed my vehicles, when the dealership has
screwed the vehicles even worse before they went in.
Therefore i only take my cars to Arts - even though i have
warranty still from GM corp. Arts motto is to keep Vehicles
on the road, not at the shop (like most dealerships do) !!!

Brought the truck in once for some break work and we
discovered they had fixed the driver's side door (tightened
the hinges) as a favor for free. That was pretty sweet.
