I wanted to follow the recommended Honda maintenance guidelines, so I needed a timing belt and water pump replacement on my 2000 Honda CRV after reaching 100,000 miles. After getting estimates from 3 different shops that all seemed unreasonable, I found out about Kim's at this website and read other reviews on the web. I went to Kim's, explained what I needed, got a great estimate and scheduled my repair for the following week. Picked up my car the following week and there were no hidden or extra costs. Not to mention the work was finished the same day, as promised. Great shop. Kim's will now be my regular auto shop.

I found about Mr. Kim's from the Car Talk website. I live in Wisconsin and I started to travel to Colonial Williamsburg when I developed a problem with what I thought might be my transmission. Mr. Kim dropped everything seeing that I was traveling and fixed it right there. While I was was waiting I saw a bulletin board full of letters from satisfied customers. Mr. Kim told me what was wrong with the car and only charged me for a coil and spark plug. Honest guy I would heartily recommend everybody to go to him.

This is a very honest operation and they work on all types of cars. The only time Mr Kim was late repairing my truck he refused to charge me. I have been using this shop for years and have recomended it tomany friends all of whom have had good results. There is a small language barrier some times (Korean) but these guys know their cars.

Concientious and honest, Kim serviced and repaired my Audi A-6 at a much lower cost than quoted by Audi. When I had a small problem the next they (which likely wasn't caused by the service) and came back, Kim and his main mechanic spent more than an hour checking and tightening and fixed the issue at no cost. The car runs perfectly now.

The most horrible place you can and should go for the service. They aren't only lying to you about their charges and prices but trearing you like you are nothing for them. If you want to get a good, honest service along with being treated with respect and courtesy, go somewhere else!!!
