These guys have always been polite, efficient, and kind to me. They love my old 85 Toyota, and work hard to keep it running. They unfailingly get the work done within their estimate and (better yet) the bill has always been less then the estimate. They take pride in their work and their garage and they go the extra step. They have had the car for an entire day and not charged me a cent. They have done little chores unasked, like fixing the license plate holder. I have great trust in them.

They always do good work at reasonable prices. You can usually get your car in for minor service at the last minute. They always call before they do anything you didn't pre-authorize. They are friendly and courteous. Best car repair shop I've found in the Charlottesville are for general repairs of all models.

I have been a customer of these folks for almost 15 years. I find them a very honest and above-board group of people. They always go out of their way to make sure they do things right. They have always kept me informed as to their progress and whether they find anything unanticipated about my car that needs attention. I have experiences with other shops in the past where a shop "found" additional problems, "fixed" them, and charged me accordingly without notifying me beforehand. Not the case with these guys. I would highly recommend this shop!
