What a great experience -- I found them through your website listing after the Ford dealer wanted $350 each for front and back brakes, and then a whole host of flush this flush that on our 2000 Mustang to a tune of over $2,000. Not only did we save on the breaks, they also explained that the extra's recommended by the dealer were not necessary. I like their style -- much like yours "If it ain't broke -- don't fix it!" They will have all our business from here on. A great find right in the neighborhood.

Quality work. A little more expensive than some, but worth it for repairs that are done right. Always feel like my car is in much better condition when I leave than when I came in.

Great guys. They were friendly and professional. I needed a safety inspection and asked them to check to see if my car needed anything serviced (only since their honesty is legendary) and to their credit they didn't try to sell me anything. If I'm ever back in Alexandria, I know where to take my car!

After a battery failure, I popped the clutch and got my car going over to Tony's. They were helpful and very polite. What everyone says is true, they seem like a honest, mom and pop shop. Think mom and pop Virginia restaurant meets auto shop- no food but a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Well, after having the battery replaced, my ignition coil starts smoking. I can't say that the two are related, but they happened about 30-hours apart. I went back, however, because of the great reviews and great service. After about $700 of more service (those ignition coils are expensive and oh, so easy to change on your own), the car is good to go, and I'm pretty happy. The only down sides to these guys is they are a little more expensive than most and there is little communication about the status of your car. On the expense, it's worth it because they have a long, honest history and are right next to the metro. But regarding communication, you think if you drop a grand in less than a week with these guys, they'd let you know that your car won't be ready today, and when it is ready, they'd let ya know as well. I'll definitely go back, but I'll keep in mind that I'm the one that needs to follow up about the status of my car.
