Herm and the other mechanic do great work. It is worth going out of the way to have them work on my Volvo.

Herm continues to provide excellent service at a fair price. If you've ever felt dismissed by service or mechanical staff (because you are a woman, because you are not a mechanic), you will appreciate Herm. Herm really listens to concerns and will fix only what needs to be fixed. He shows/explains what the problem is, answers all your questions, and gives a true estimate of cost and time.

Had heard good things about this shop. I took a car that had already been diagnosed at another shop hoping that they would price me out much cheaper. They quoted $590 for the repair where my other shop, also a Volvo specialist, quoted me $370. A $220 difference!!! So I said no thanks to the repair so they charged me $140 for 1.5 hours of work. Ridiculous.

Herm Ruseler has been the reason we stay with Volvo's from our first mechanical help while he was with Schettler Williams in the early 1980s and still with him 5 Volvos later. Car repairs by nature are inconvenient, annoying and hurt the pocketbook. Herm and Glenn make the process feel less painful.
