Bailey's is just a good solid repair shop. They were recommended by a neighbor when we moved to town. Mike and his guys have worked on our Jeep Cherokee and Ford Ranger. They've been reliable and accomodating without alot of B.S.

Bailey's is an excellent, honest shop. After trying several different places in the area without satisfaction, a neighbor recommended Bailey's. They are very straight forward and do not push any repairs on you that are not needed. They are knowledgeable and verify what is wrong with your car instead of just trying one thing after another. I have confidence that if I take my cars to their shop they will get repaired correctly and at a reasonable price. Gary has done most of the work on my cars and is great to work with.

I've been taking my cars to Mike Bailey for years. About ten years ago I had a 92 Bonneville that I loved and wanted to keep for ever, and the air conditioning went out. I took the car to Mike and told him to let me know what it would cost to retrofit the car for the new coolant. He called me and said it would be about $210.00, and he could have it done the next day, so I told him to go ahead and do it. About an hour later, he called me back to tell me that on second look, he had found a valve that was loose, tightened it, and put in about forty bucks worth of freon, and it seemed to be fine. He ask if I still wanted him to go ahead and retrofit it, or see if this worked? I drove the car until 2001 with with same coolant. What can you say about a mechanic to whom you have already commited $200, who calls you back with a cheaper sollution to your problem? He's a "keeper". He has worked on cars for all of my family and friends over the years, and I can't answer your question about how they responde to screw ups, because he's never screwed up one of my cars! He's even honest and nice to my ancient mother, and teenage daughter. He's awesome. Mike's hobby is restoring and driving old MG's and Rovers. If he can keep THOSE things running, he can do anything. Don't call him about your BMW, he won't mess with them. But he's done wonders for my Pontiac's and Ford pickup. I can't recommend him highly enough. Jeff Stickley Murray, Utah

Very honest people, spent a lot of time working on my car. When I went to pay, I was expecting to pay a fair amount. He charged me about 1/3rd of what I was expecting. When I tried to level up and pay a fair amount, he just wouldn't take the money. Very honest people, kept all my old parts to show me what was wrong with them. My car has never run better than it does right now. Thanks Baileys.

Bailey's did a great job of replacing the cv boots in my honda passport. The expected labor time was 8 hours which would have justified having in the shop for two days but I got my vehicle back that same day. The price was very reasonable and on top of that they inspected my whole vehicle, rotated my tires, added fluids where needed at no extra cost. Doing service with Bailey's auto shop was a great experience.

I took my '99 Durango in and said "fix the noise in the front end". They could have done most anything since I didn't attempt to limit the work that was needed. That afternoon they called and said they needed to pull the front axles and I was started planning for several hundred dollars worth of repairs. I got a call the next day saying they had found the problem and fixed it. I was VERY pleased at the amount they quoted me. I will definitely return to them for any future problems I might have. I also highly recommend them.

Consistently sloppy service. Broken promises. Zero accountability. There's no professional-style (or any style) accounting of what they actually do on your car. When I ask them to do a thorough check of all systems for safety and drivability purposes, all I got back was a chicken-scratch type of accounting of what was supposedly done. For two car systems, they wasted time "trying" the requested repairs, repairs which then failed. They didn't refund me for the failed repairs. For one of the repairs requested they promised to do a "junk yard search" for a relevant part, and then they never followed up. I was still charged for work on this latter item, and then never refunded even though they have completely failed to follow up. Unprofessional. No accounting of what was actually done, in any sort of a professional or accurate manner. Zero record of what was done to your car in the past, other than what the staff happens to remember, or not. Promises broken. Maybe they're 5-10% cheaper than some other shops, but for that slight discount you'll get broken promises, bad quality work, and zero accountability. If you get "too complicated" for them, they'll give you the passive aggressive boot. And again there's essentially no record or accountability of what's actually done on cars.
