I've done business with these guys for about 15 years. I
keep coming back because when we disagree, it usually saves
me money and always fixes the problem. Once I took my
tired very old Bronco II in for running rough. I thought I
was looking at a major overhaul or terminal illness. They
replaced the coil wire and had the guts to only charge for
the wire.

I once had a problem with my car and took it to the
dealership for an estimate. I then took it to PK Auto for
an estimate. The estimate for PK Auto was about $100 less
than the dealership. I decided to take a chance with them
and the work was done perfectly. I have had no problems
whatsoever with the work. It was done right the first time.
I have always been very happy with their work and highly
recommend them.

I would use Pk auto again & again.I took my Jeep Grand in

repairs, cost and options. They had they it ready in one
day.The staff from the desk to the guys working in the back
were friendly and seemed very sincre.

Had a 2002 Chevy that wouldn't start. Tried everything so
finally had it towed here after hours. When they went to
work on it, it started right up. They test drove it,
checked it out and determined the fuel line had been
frozen. They could have come up with any number of
dishonest solutions but all I was charged for was the fuel
additive they put in the system. The car has run fine
since and I have found my mechanic from here on.

I took my son's '08 Civic to them. The CV boot leaked fluid, but what was worse the hood lock cable had become disconnected so there was no easy way to get the hood open. I tried for a while. It required creative solutions and the lots of time. They got it open and fixed it, then replaced the reck & pinion. Unfortunately, the rack & pinon part was defective. They discovered that on their test drive and called apologetically that they needed to keep it another day. After getting the car back, the second rack's seal leaked. I took it back and they replaced it at no cost. The whole process took a bunch of work and cost a fair amount - but they were up front with me, informed me every step of the way and I've always felt they were honest & fair.
