Byrd provides excellent service with a smile and I could eat off the shop floor. Enough said.

They pick up and drop off, as needed, when needed. Friendly, no-nonsense and no unnecessary work. NOT the cheapest place you can go, but definitely reliable, with great customer service.

I've been going to Byrd's for many, many years - from regular oil changes to major repair work. They can't be beat in my opinion. They do excellent work and take the time to explain everything to you. Even with something as simple as an oil change they give you a followup call to make sure everything is OK.

Been going to Byrd since 1989. Moved 30 miles away and still drive there because I can trust their work and opinion.

Where to car was driven around for personal use by an employee & never repaired. Once the employee was fired, my car disappeared! The ex employee has a record! Shocking how they've changed their story from "We're so sorry. We're getting your car back here so it can be finally taken care of..." to "We're not responsible." Unfortunately, I have a chronic illness that forces me to pick & choose my battles. Trust me that if this happened to anyone else, they would be plenty more irate & have already pressed charges in such wrong doing. I'm turning the entire matter over to a legal team & am forced to press charges. I will update with details of how this situation is handled. The employee (Mike) told me last he was taking care of getting my car returned to their shop where it would finally be assessed. He since avoided all my phone calls & messages for a status update until I called from another phone & finally caught him. He never had my car returned to the shop & changed all his promises. I still need to reach the owner whom likely hasn't any idea of this (before filing charges) but, with all the lies & denies going on there; I doubt they'll stand behind their word. Nothing worse than being taken advantage of when your sick or injured.
