We were traveling in a MotorHome and were experiencing Transmission problems. Called them on the phone, got directions. They test drove the vehicle immediately, gave us an estimate prior to service. Got us on the lift right away, removed the transmission, re-assessed the problem, explained what was needed with a firm estimate, made the repairs and had us on the road by 3 PM the next day. Family run business........and they like animals (animal lovers will understand!)

This company's services are absolutely terrible. They did a warranty repair 6 months ago (with a cost of $4,000 to us) and have had to repair their own work 3 different times since - with timeframes of a 3 week minimum. Furthermore, they do not have the foresight to communicate at all during the period they have the vehicle. As a female customer, their waiting area has a HUGE cat that wanders wherever it pleases and the female bathroom facilities are so gross that my family has been talking about it for the entire month the truck has been submitted. Seriously, razors...hair...curling iron - my sister said she wanted to wash her hands, but it was pointless as her hands were cleaner than the bathroom. Embarrassing, really, as their front desk clerk is female.
