Glenn Shockey is the owner and has always been courteous, honest, and fair. His hourly rate is in line with others in this area, but his knowledge and attitude are what have really impressed me. If I call him to get an opinion on a problem, he always tries to help me deal with it on my own, but offers to do the work if I get stuck. So, many things I can take care of, but after that, I take it to him. Glenn and his techs are super. In today's world, I find it hard to find consistently reliable help-- whether a doctor, lawyer, dentist, barber, or car mechanic. When I find one that is great, I tell others. I think word-of-mouth is the best advertising and I am glad to say anyone would be happy to do business with Glenn at Computerized Auto Doctors.
