I was having major driveability problems with my 2000 Ford Taurus. It would start "buckling" and then die while driving. I took it to Crissman's and one of their technicians repaired it (previous attempts at repair at another facility with a "tune up" did not fix the problem and they were stumped). I was needless to say, very pleased that they were able to locate and fix this somewhat unusual problem with my vehicle. Turns out, they have a "Master" ASE certified tech at this facility with over 23 years Ford Experience. Who would have thought you could find this at an independent facility! Very pleased and will definitely return. This shop is somewhat "hidden" in the Stafford area (not on the main strip), but well worth finding. I really feel they care about their customers and they are not just another number.
