This shop was recommended to me 4 years ago and has never been a disappointment. During these years we drove a 1986 Isuzu Trooper diesel 4WD (165,000 mi) and a 1994 Infinity Q- 45 (128,000mi) I've had an opportunity to try them out. This shop has the ability to repair most car models. They are reasonably priced, always honest and they have always diagnosed and solved problems the first time in the shop. Roger

They charged me nearly twice as much for a remanufactured alternator than I could have gotten it for at Autozone, but they were timely, and happily gave me rides and delivered my car to me.

In fairness, I've had two interactions with this shop. The first was in 2005. I was visiting family and my car wouldn't start. I took it in because my mom had used them before. They diagnosed the problem and suggested that my car would still be under warranty and to take it to the dealership. I thought that was honest of them, so when I needed to take my car into a shop while I was there recently visiting, I chose them. My problem was a simple one. I was getting an alert that my parking lamps were out. However, I could see they were working. I left my car there for a day and a half for troubleshooting. They charged me $50 for diagnostics and then told me that they couldn't figure it out and suggested I take it to the dealership. The problem? There are 3 parking lamps on each side of the car. I know if makes me sound stupid that I took it in for that. But after a little time online, I was able to find references to the lights other than the one I had checked. I'm disappointed that they weren't able to figure it out. Worse than this though is that they charged me to not know how many lights my car had. I would think that a mechanic would know more about cars than I do or at least be able to look up how many lights. I wonder what kind of diagnostics were done that they couldn't find this problem. I called and explained the situation and asked for a refund and basically was told that there must have been something else wrong that magically fixed itself ...
