My mom has been taking her Lexus to Tony for the last 10 years and we've never had any problems with them. Instead of doing maintenance on the dealer's recommended schedule, Tony checks the whole car everytime you bring it in for an oil change to see what needs to be done the next time you come in. As someone with little knowledge about cars, I know I'm being treated just as fairly as someone who might work on their own car. They always take the time to explain what's wrong with the car in an understandable way.

I have been bringing my car to these guys for 6 years. They work on my car, my wife's, my mothers, and on my sister's car. We all trust them implicitly and, at this point, don't even ask them how much its going to cost, just to "fix it." I will never drive another vehicle besides a Lexus or Toyota as long as they are in business. Tony, Johnny, and Mike are all awesome and, more importantly, honest.

I have never gone to a mechanic that I trusted like I trust these guys. Their diagnoses are spot on, and they fix what is the problem. I don't think they are the cheapest, but then, I think their prices are fair and the bottom line is that they do the work right the first time. Plus, they take time to explain and treat customers with respect (ladies, too!). Their knowledge of Lexus is so thorough that nothing surprises them -- simply, they know their stuff.

The owner of the shop is a young mechanic who worked for the Lexus dealership, decided to open his own repair and maintenance shop. He started small but soon developed a very satisfiedclientele of Lexus owners by providing high quality work at reasonable costs. He has expanded his shop and has a number of Toyota and Lexus trained mechanics. I have a 10 year old Lexus ES300, which my wife loves and I bought a 2001 Lexus LS 430 IN 2005 primarely because of the first class care he handled my wife's car and the reasonable maintenance costs.

This is the best repair shop I have ever used. They are always polite, friendly, and very helpful. Although they are Lexus experts, they have carried out repairs to my Hyundai and my wife's Mitsubishi in an expert manner. They only repair what is necessary, and their charges are reasonable for the work done. In short - they know what they are doing!

Took my car to the dealer and they quoted a price above $500, when I took it to the The Dealers Alternative they did the job for 300% less. I also had a great customer service experience.

I went there by the recommendation of a friend. Mike, the assistant Manager, was friendly and very competent. I had a extended service contract from where I purchased the car. At first they want Dealer Alternative to put a third party parts instead of parts from Saab. Mike advised them that he would do the job and have me go somewhere else. Needless to say, since the service agreement stipulated that I could choose any shops, they didn't argue any further. They were very honest, told me I needed brakes. and price was within the price range of other shops. I asked them to check the AC. They asked me if I had any issue with it? I said "no"; they honestly don't mess with if it works fine. I recommend them in a heartbeat!

I found this shop on the mechanic's files when I was in a pickle. My car was at the dealer with the oil light on and they wanted a lot of money to fix something I felt they hadn't properly investigated. I called this place and Tony patiently listened to my tale of woe and told me to have the car towed to them. Without going into a bunch of boring detail, they fixed it for less than 1/3 of what the dealer wanted, doing a thorough job and avoiding replacing the fuel pump by taking time to fuss with it. Rather than report success right away, I waited a few years to be sure they were "keepers" and I have been a happy customer all this time. They do my maintenance and let me know when I have any problems. My car is 12 years old with over 200,000 miles on it and runs beautifully. I am always happy to go by and see all my friends and trust them completely.

I needed some work done on my truck . My son-in-law recommended this place and I am glad he did. They did a thorough job of fixing my vehicle, I even got a free lifetime front end alignment from them, which I have used a couple of times at $85 bucks a pop and that alone makes them good for me. I have to drive 25 miles to get to them but it is totally worth it

Some things are too important (like my car) to be left to "The B Team". All three of our cars are lovingly cared for by the pros at The Dealer Alternative. They are professional, thorough and a great value. Every time we visit, whether we ask for it or not, they inspect the car for the presenting issue, and advise me of of repairs that are going to be needed down the road. They educate without condescending, which is refreshing... I can't say enough good things about them. If you are reading this review trying to find a new mechanic, rest assured... This is the place to take your car.
