The first place I took my car tried to talk me into putting a brand new transmission in a car with 172,000 miles. I heard about Northrich Automotive. I called them and although he wouldn't commit to something on the phone, he assured me that a rebuilt transmission would probably work. It did AND he saved me a bunch of money!

They diagnose the problem the first time, always explain the repair and the exact price to complete the job.

I've had real good experiences with these people. They are helping me keep a 1995 Ford Escort with over 115k miles on the road. I've had them pass on doing work another shop (dealer) recommended because of the cost versus the value of the vehicle. Two big hairy Click and Clack thumbs-up!

I've had all of my family cars worked on by Northrich Automotive over the last 15 years. So far, that number is up to 9 different cars. Northrich has always delivered exemplary service in a timely manner with accurate estimates and cheerful service. They have performed work as esoteric as LOF to full engine replacement with aplomb. They always deliver what they say they will.

This shop destroyed my car and would not fix it. They damaged the body of it and denied it. A joy ride or just negligence? I dont know. But a perfect condition car was given to them and I got back one with thousands in body damage. They were cited by the BBB, reported to attorney general's office consumer protection, and had one of their unlicensed contractors convicted by the Texas Department of Licensing as a result. The through this guy under the bus. They took advantage of a female I know as well. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take your car to these people they are bad at what they do and basically running a grey area car joint. These people will break laws to cover tracks and they will also lie to anyone even the police. But anyway, I found out that there were many others before me who were taken advantage of I just hope you are not next dear consumer. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE PLEASE CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE. I WARNED YOU.

I had taken my vehicles ( 4 different ) over a 22 year period for work and servicing. The last 3 services took the usual 3-5 days to service. But for a change I had to return the one vehicle multiple times because of things like breaking the the dipstick handle, not tightening all the bolts on my Heavy duty trucks fly wheel, replacing a previously non leaking main bearing seal only to have truck leak worse than ever and having two bolts of eight that hold my transmission in fall out. Not the same service I used to get. I have spent more than $80,000.00 since 1996 in various vehicle repairs here. I won't be going back.
