My son bought a brand new fiat 500 from this dealership about 3 years ago. And it was really a nice little car until those incompetent morons got a hold of it in the service department! He had a "check engine" light come on, which I told him was probably a sensor and shouldn't take them no time to fix it. Boy was I wrong! The ended up having that car more than he did. And he spent more time behind the wheel of a loaner than in his car. They supposedly (because we have no proof of any of this) replaced every electronic sensor on the car and even main computer, which they originally ordered the wrong one so he had to wait for them to re-order the correct one. And nothing helped. In fact, every time they would call him saying "it's fixed", he would have to bring it right back because it would be running worse than before.
In addition to their incompetence, they were extremely rude to him and me, and acted like it was his fault that the car didn't run right.
I don't blame Fiat America or Chrysler because I don't know how much they knew about the situation. This dealership is owed by the people that own several other local dealerships including Bonham Chrysler and I feel that it's simply a case of bad management.
But my son is happy now because he was able to unload the nightmare at the local Toyota shop for a new Camry.
